About Our Podcast
Our podcast explores the intersection of language diversity and learning and development in corporate and higher ed spaces from the perspective of multilingual L&D practitioners. We're interested in how multilingualism intersects with learning practice, including how learning is developed for multilingual audiences, what L&D looks like for language practitioners, and how being multilingual as an L&D specialist influences the learning design process. We believe that language diversity and accessibility is important in all learning environments. Through the conversations on our podcast, we hope to uncover what multilingualism means for learning design, what it looks like when all languages are treated equitably, and what the future holds for multilingualism in L&D.
